FlowDae is built around a framework I still use in my own day-to-day life. I created a course around it and kept experimenting with ways to make the ideas easier to use.
What I built
Start/Stop was a simple way to decide what needed to begin and what needed to end. JoyLog kept a small set of priorities visible instead of becoming another giant task list. JoyLog Elite added automation, scoring, reflections and dashboards.
I also experimented with AI-assisted tools such as KaiJoy for monthly priorities and KaiShift for habit changes.
