I built DecideBot during a 24-hour product challenge. I already had a decision framework I had been using, so the challenge was to turn that idea into something people could actually use before the day was over.
What I built
The user starts by dumping the messy version of whatever they are stuck on in normal language. DecideBot then helps organize it into four areas.
The user can adjust how important each factor is and work toward a simple verdict. I also added a Vault for saved decisions and a downloadable Decision Passport.
The 24-hour limit forced me to stop adding ideas, decide what actually mattered, and get a working version shipped.
